On March 21st, top tennis stars and chefs converged at the W South Beach for one of our favorite parties of the year: Taste of Tennis. The event, which celebrated its 2nd year, helped kick off the Miami Open tennis tournament in Key Biscayne.
Throughout the night, guests enjoyed a wealth of delicious bites like the short rib chow fun from Bazi, the tuna crudo from SUGARCANE Raw Bar Grill, salmon tacos from NaiYaRa, house-cured bacon from Quality Meats and mini cupcakes from Sugar Yummy Mama — to name a few. Some of the tennis stars even joined the chefs and other staff behind the booths to help serve attendees.
Speaking of tennis stars: Eugenie Bouchard, Heidi El Tabakh and other notable athletes mingled with fans and put their skills to the test in intense ping pong matches overlooking the pool. All in all, it was a fun, star-studded affair. We can’t wait until next year.
